The GCoM does not require the use of specific templates for the development of inventories, risk and vulnerability assessments or action plans. GCoM partners have developed resources to support cities with these critical steps (guidebooks, calculation tools, etc.) and we encourage GCoM signatories to reach out to their helpdesk as well as supporting partners in their region/country to request further support.
