In response to high emissions reported in the Climate Watch Data report, the Stock Exchange of Thailand initiated the "Care the Bear" project in 2018: to reduce carbon footprint from corporate activities and events, by encouraging partner organisations (including local governments) to reduce carbon emissions through an "Eco-Event" program that promotes six key low-carbon initiatives. The SET monitors and reports on the performance of over 50 partner organisations.
